1. Introduction

These Terms apply to all access to, and purchases made through the Jerboa website. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. 


2. Orders and Availability 

Jerboa padel balls are sold subject to stock availability. Prices are displayed in Qatari Riyals (QAR). An order is confirmed only after successful payment processing and confirmation from Jerboa. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or payment verification concerns. 


3. Product Nature and Use 

Jerboa products are pressurized padel balls intended for sporting use only. As with all pressurized balls, performance characteristics such as pressure and rebound may naturally change after opening and use. This is expected behavior and does not constitute a defect. 

Customers are responsible for proper storage and use of the product. Jerboa is not liable for misuse or use outside its intended sporting purpose. 


4. Customer Information

Customers must provide accurate delivery and contact information. Jerboa is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout. 


5. Intellectual Property 

All Jerboa brand elements, including logos, packaging, product designs, and website content, are protected under applicable laws in the State of Qatar. Unauthorized copying, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited. 


6. Limitation of Liability

Jerboa shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use or product purchase, except where required by Qatari law. 


7. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Qatar. 

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge acceptance of these Terms. 


8. Warranty & Product Use

  • Some products may include manufacturer warranties; warranty details will be provided where applicable.
  • Padel equipment should be used according to the manufacturer's guidelines.
  • We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or performance issues resulting from improper use of products.


9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including logos, images, text, graphics, and designs, is the property of Jerboa and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.


10. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
